VALUE CREATION     Print

Value

The value creation of the organisation is achieved through the return on investment of the invested capital. The generated value should be higher than the cost of the required resources to finance the investments.

When there are requests related to projects, the following questions should be asked:

  • do the agreed investments really generate added value ?
  • and this, at an acceptable cost,
  • and at a controlled risk level?

The choice and the selection of investments and projects is performed through the portfolio management and the establishment of "business cases".

Qualified Advice Partners accompanies private and public organisations in the valoration of their investments through the monitoring and the control of the project portfolios.
