CHANGE     Print

 Evaluation
Change management is to control a mutation or evolution of the structures and functioning of the organisation affect the relationship between the actors. Accompanying the change is intended to facilitate the acceptance of change by stakeholders related to process changes or transformations and to reduce the rejection factors.

The course of a change assignment is divided in 3 steps:

1. Awareness

During the first stage, collecting information and conducting interviews with stakeholders determines the change requirements.
   Change - 1. Awareness

2. Innovation

The construction phase of the process covers the development of new process diagrams, clear and precise determination of ownership of the process by developing RACI roles and responsibilities, defining new organizational structures, and identifying key indicators to measure the implementation.
   Change - 2. Innovation

3. Transformation

The third step implements the transformation by communicating to stakeholders, organising training for players and by coaching the actors to ensure cultural change. The follow-up of key indicators, possibly through scorecards, allows to monitor the implementation of the transformation.
   Change - 3. Transformation

Qualified Advice Partners guides you in the implementation of the transformation of your organization. Our methodology is based on the principles of good governance and is consistent with best practices, recommended by COSO, process optimization and Balanced Scorecards (BSC).
